OUR PROCESS
Our process is designed to be simple, yet efficient. Once you have booked your video call with us you will receive a booking acknowledgment along with our How to Guide and Pre-call questionnaire.
Upon receipt of your completed information we will prepare your briefing pack and develop the design scheme with you during our video call. Your bespoke, personalised design, together with all supporting documentation will be delivered to you via email within two weeks.
The How to Guide is emailed to our clients upon engagement and is designed to assist in how to take correct measurements and photographs of the space in question.
Our Pre-Call questionnaire is part of our information gathering process and enables our design team to gain an understanding of your needs and requirements. We aim to maximise the time of our video call, so the preliminary information provided on the questionnaire enables us to best target our discussion and determines the scope of the project. We request that all measured surveys and photographs are submitted to us at least 24 hours before our video call to enable us to prepare for it adequately.
